Surrendering Your Dog

At Poodle and Pooch Rescue, we wish we could accept every dog in need. However, surrendering or re-homing your dog should always be the absolute last resort. With so many homeless dogs in shelters, keeping dogs in their homes is always the best option when possible.

Surrender Process

If you are still unable to continue caring for your dog, please fill out the form below. Note that completing this form does not guarantee that Poodle and Pooch Rescue can accept your dog into our care. As a 100% foster-based organization, our ability to help depends on the availability of an appropriate foster family. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can determine if we are in a position to assist. Thank you.
