Hi, I’m Tiger! I am an 11-year-old ShihTzu/Lhasa blend boy and in bad shape. My humans didn’t want to deal with a senior dog with allergies and bad hips so they dumped me at the shelter and I’m scared. I need to see a vet to get healthy again.
