I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!
PPR was contacted after an officer witnessed Winnie being tossed from a car that pulled into a parking lot – the car didn’t even come to a complete stop. She is approx 10 years old and desperately needs dental work. Winnie is a very sweet girl who needs a sponsor to help her start a new life. Would you be Winnie’s champion?
