Meet Scarlett! This 5-month-old Schnauzer blend girl was dropped off at a clinic for spaying and abandoned. Frankly my dear, we don’t understand how someone could desert such a playful and affectionate puppy. A kind vet tech reached out for rescue assistance on her behalf.
