Sylvie is 1 year old Shih Tzu girl. She came into PPR with 5 other dogs after their owner’s roof collapsed, leaving the house uninhabitable. Unless we stepped in to help, the owner was going to leave the dogs in the house, abandoned. She was severely matted, had clearly suffered awhile and had never seen a vet.
