Hey there, I’m Petunia, a 7-year-old Shih Tzu girl. I came from living with a terrible breeder who never took care of or socialized me. I’m in pretty bad shape – my skin is itchy, scabby and I’m a matted mess. At a quick glance, it was recommended that I need a full veterinary check up.
