Peanut is a sweet Chihuahua senior, 11 yrs old with a history of a heart murmur and collapsing trachea. He was was picked up by animal control and his owner was located but unfortunately, she has early stages of dementia and didn’t even know he wasn’t home. PPR was contacted and asked to help.
