I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!
PPR was notified about Pepper, a dog that appeared to be a hit by a car. He has a broken jaw, and was taken to an ER clinic with severe swelling around his neck and mouth. Despite it all, he is very sweet boy whose owner was contacted to pick him up but they never came to claim him.
