I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!
Hello, I’m Oscar, a senior Yorkie whose owner passed away. A PPR volunteer was contacted to see if PPR could help me and my BFF, Artie. Our owner’s senior parents tried to take care of us, but they were no longer able to do so. I’m a happy, active boy who hopes to find a new home with Artie.
