Nora was surrendered to a local shelter where she spent four months as adopters passed her by. Despite getting little attention from the public, Nora was a staff and volunteer favorite! After many months Nora started losing hope and became shut down in her kennel, PPR couldn’t stand to see Nora feel unloved for another day and went and busted her out of the shelter!
