Nemo is a one year old poodle whose former owners surrendered him to PPR as they were unable to attend to his medical needs. Nemo broke his leg several months ago and sadly because his owners did not seek care in a timely manner he will need an amputation. We will ensure that Nemo is never denied the care he needs again!
