Lord Farquaad is a 4 year old, 11 lb, ShihPoo boy who was relinquished to us because his owner works too many hours and isn’t able to give him the time and attention he deserves. Lord Farquaad does need some vetting attention & shows signs of neglect. He has a raging skin infection, is infested with fleas and has an extremely matted coat.
