Latte is a 9 month old, 16 lb Poodle mix boy abandoned at the shelter. He was completely matted and filthy, clearly neglected for some time, and terrified of being touched. He’s a sweetie underneath the fear and we can’t wait to get him in a foster home so he feels safe. His matting is so bad some of it will have to be removed while he’s under anesthesia for his neuter.
