Kelsie is a 1 yr old Laika/Spitz blend girl, who came in with her sister, Kylie. She isn’t spayed either and no vetting or vaccinations. Like her sister, said to be good with all dogs and humans, but she is very fearful. Their owner hunts and the ones that won’t hunt and/or the ones that he doesn’t want meet a terrible fate.
