I AM NOW A PPR PERMANENT RESIDENT!
Herbie is a nine year old chihuahua that was rescued from a local shelter after being found as a stray. While at the shelter Herbie had to be rushed to the ER as he was wheezing and having trouble breathing. Herbie is now with our vet and recovering from pneumonia.
