Cookie is a three year old maltese mix whose former owner fell ill. The owner had over 20 dogs in their care and was unable to properly care for all of them. PPR and several other rescues worked together to ensure that these dogs will get the care they need. Are you able to sponsor Cookie so that we can ensure she is healthy and happy?
