Introducing Chief! Chief is a chi mix that came from a hoarding situation in North FL where there were over 60 dogs living outside. PPR was asked to help with some of these dogs but we need a sponsor for Chief. He has never seen the outside of his chain linked pen, he is scared but very sweet. Please consider helping him.
