Buttercup is a yorkie mix who was found as a stray and never reclaimed. The shelter is at capacity, and PPR was asked to help. She is badly in need of grooming, and we will need to make sure she is healthy and up to date on everything before searching for her forever home. Can you sponsor Buttercup?
