Ben is a Malti-Poo or Bichon blend that was living in a home with nine other dogs. The woman that owned them was murdered on St. Lucia, so good samaritans stepped in to house them temporarily and asked us for help. He appears to have very little vision, has cataracts, has hair loss along his back and he was matted and unkempt.
