I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!
Meet Arthur! He’s a 10-year-old white terrier mix boy who was picked up as a stray by Animal Control. He looks as though he’s been in a state of neglect for a while and is vision impaired, but despite his past he is a very sweet little guy and we admire that.
