Zoe is a sweet Rat Terrier mix that came into PPR care by way of Its rescue partners in Mexico. Zoe was picked up as a stray following people outside of a restaurant in Guadalajara. She was pregnant upon intake and gave birth to only one pup that unfortunately did not survive. The poor girl was very depressed over her loss, but the rescue group found unexpectedly found themselves with three puppies that needed a mommy, so Zoe fostered and raised those three puppies until they were ready to out into the world and their new loving homes. Ultimately Zoe came to the US and PPR care, where she was fortunate enough to Kelly, a woman who wanted not only to foster a dog and but also knew she ultimately wanted to adopt. Besides having a new, loving mother and a safe, secure home, Zoe also has a fun fur sibling who has quickly become her best friend. Welcome home, Zoe!
