At 14 years of age, Walter found himself in a shelter. He was a poster boy for neglect, suffering from skin and ear infections, alopecia, rotted teeth, and multiple masses that needed to be surgically removed. Some believed his better days were firmly behind him, but we saw that inner light inside him which shone so bright. With the help of our generous donors, he received all of the medical care he needed to get him into tip top shape, and now this special boy has found his forever home. His mom, Cheryl, is a repeat PPR adopter who fully recognizes the value of senior pooches and believes in giving them the most glorious golden years imaginable. Walter’s new pack includes PPR alums, Little Man and Papo. Walter is proof that seniors have plenty of life in them and tons of love to give!
