Vegas came to PPR is bad shape – he was a young boy and relatively healthy, but he had some major orthopedic issues. Finally, after a couple of extensive surgeries and lots of physical therapy, he was ready to find a home. In spite of Vegas’ physical issues, he is an incredibly sweet and loving dog who likes nothing more than sitting on the couch or sleeping near his special person. Vegas only has 3 legs, but that doesn’t slow him down – he’s very happy-go-lucky and loves to play. Kathy was looking for a dog, and the moment she met Vegas she knew she had hit the jackpot. It was a perfect match and both Kathy and Vegas are happy campers. Vegas’ rescue adventure has a happy ending, and Vegas’ forever family adventure has just begun.
