Tipsy was a breeder’s puppy. Luckily, her tenure in that position didn’t last long, she was brought into PPR care when she was just 4 months old. She got her name because she has a condition that makes her wobble a little, almost like she’s had a little too much to drink. But don’t tell her anything is wrong; as far as she is concerned she is a “normal,” active puppy who just loves to play. Fosters Karen and Robert took Tipsy into their home, and soon realized that Tipsy was exactly where she belonged. She now has a feline sibling, Connie, to play with as well as three other canines, Fenway, Thelma and Monster. Tipsy may wobble, but she has stumbled into a home with that will provide her with the love, and security she needs to thrive. And there will be lots of playtime, too!
