Thackery is a young terrier mix that came into PPR care by way of a local animal shelter. The handsome boy was a little underweight, but generally healthy and soon placed into foster care with Lori…and that is where Thackery’s PPR journey ends. As often happens, Lori fell madly in love with the little guy and decided that he was exactly where he belonged. Welcome home, Thackery!
