Scruffy is a cute little Shih-Tzu/Terrier mix boy that was found as a stray in South Florida. He was estimated to be about 8 years old at intake and just under 16 lbs. Adopter Janet and her family had previously had a little dog named Scruffy that they considered family; they saw Scruffy’s photo and listing on the PPR website and knew they had to meet. The rest is now history! Now Scruffy no longer has to wonder the streets of South Florida for his next meal, he has a safe home with a loving family that treasures him as a family member. Welcome home, Scuffy!
