Ruby, a tiny Poodle girl, came into PPR because her previous parents were moving overseas and were not able to take her. She was generally healthy and quickly placed into foster care with Phyllis, and that is where her PPR journey ended. Ruby quickly made her way into Phyllis’ heart, and she is now in a safe, loving and forever home.
