Penny is a 17 year old Puggle who has spent her entire life (until now) living outside and not receiving proper medical care. Her previous owner surrendered her, and PPR has decided to make her a permanent resident in our family. This means she will live out the rest of her life in one of our experienced foster homes with a loving family, who will care for her and give her only good days, for however many more she has left. Penny took a long-ish car ride to Tampa where her new home is. She did great, even though this may have been one of her first car rides in a long time. She was so happy to look out the window and would rest her paw on her foster mom’s arm as she was driving. Welcome home, Penny!
