Minnie came into PPR care when after a local animal shelter put out a call for help to local rescue organizations because she had a severely fractured leg. PPR stepped up and took Minnie into care. PPR’s veterinary partners examined the sweet 2 year old girl and decided she needed to be seen by a canine orthopedic surgeon. Adopters Vanessa and Gregory are avid fans of the Schnauzer breed. Sadly, they had recently lost their one of their beloved schnauzers and were looking for another to rescue. It certainly felt like fate when Minnie arrived for surgery at Vanessa’s workplace. This sweet girl took no time to win over her parents and senior Schnauzer sister, Lucy. All are over-the-moon happy to have found each other. Welcome home, Minnie!
