Luke was abandoned at a local animal shelter; his previous owner tied him up outside the shelter when they were closed…he did not even have the decency to properly surrender him while they were open. PPR took the young Golden Doodle into care. He was young and healthy so fortunately he did not need a tremendous amount of medical care. Adopters John, Labri and their children had recently lost one of their dogs and were looking for another companion dog for not only themselves but also for their 14 year old dog that was feeling lost without his playmate. They are a very active family and have a huge back yard (which Luke was thrilled about) – the perfect combination for young Luke. Welcome home, Luke!
