Lucy was picked up as a stray by the local animal shelter. She is a senior girl that was very sweet but seemed to have a vision impairment, severe periodontal disease and questionable hearing. As is so often the case in situations like this, the shelter reached out to PPR for help. PPR took her in, attended to all of her medical needs and placed her into foster care with Summer, Shellie and Seanna. Happily, that was the end of her PPR journey, because her foster family took her in and knew instantly the sweet girl was not going anywhere else… she was right where she belonged, she was home.
