Amy and Chris have adopted three senior/special needs dogs from PPR and given them amazing lives. Two have since crossed the Rainbow Bridge, leaving 12-year-old Bonnie, who is blind and diabetic, as the only dog in the home. So, when they contacted PPR about fostering Lily with the intention of adopting her, the folks at PPR were jubilant. They realized Amy and Chris had the skills and experience to provide Lily with the ongoing medical care she needed. Equally as important, Because of their history with senior/special needs dogs, PPR knew that their patience and compassion would make her feel safe and at ease.
