Tiny Lickus Louie came into PPR care as a very young puppy along with his mother, his sister and aunt. Louis was so young at first that his and his sister’s eyes had not yet opened! Lucky, his Mom and sister were placed into foster care together until the pups were weaned and ready to go on to their forever homes. Lickus Louis’s new family has adopted from PPR before, so there is no doubt he will have an awesome life. Welcome home, Lickus Louie!
