When Mildrey read Ernie’s bio she thought he would be a perfect fit for her family; family members Ramon, Martha, and Ramon Jr. all agreed. The fact that Ernie was a senior (10 yrs. old) and special needs did not give them a moment’s pause. When they looked at him they didn’t see limitations, they saw possibilities.
