Eggnog is home!

Eggnog was surrendered into PPR care by an older couple who came to realize they are not able to appropriately care for their dogs anymore.  Eggnog is a 9 month old Golden Doodle, though she definitely looks more like a retriever.  She had never been vetted so all of her vaccinations were brought up to date and she was spayed and microchipped as well; fortunately she is young, so other than some intestinal parasites she was a sweet, kissy healthy girl at intake.  Foster Lindsay and her family had recently lost their beloved Golden Retriever when Lindsay heard that Eggnog was in need of a foster family.  Lindsay stepped right up to foster, knowing full well that they’d fall in love with Eggnog immediately.  Eggnog is the co-founder of Crossroads Corrals, a sanctuary for rescued horses; some of their horses are also therapy horses for kids with special needs.  Crossroads Corrals is an amazing organization, and Lindsay knows exactly what it means to rescue an animal in need.  The family is over the moon in love with Eggnog and have renamed her Lola.  Welcome home, Eggnog/Lola!
