Teeny, tiny Diggie Smalls was a backyard breeder’s dog that came into PPR care after the breeder was incarcerated. Diggie was filthy dirty, matted, flea-infested and, like so many dogs that come from this type of situation, heartworm positive. PPR took him to care, tended to all of his medical needs, and now he has a great new life with adopters Amy and Robert, and her new fur sibling, Chicken. Diggie Smalls now has a family, people who adore him and will always give him the best possible care, and a place that is truly a home.
