Crosby is a young, Maltese mix that was picked up as a stray by a local animal shelter; he was so dirty and scruffy looking the shelter labeled him “Thing 2.” Happily, those days are behind him. Adopter Louann and her husband had lost their senior pup about a year and a half ago and were ready to open their home and their hears again. They have rescued dogs in the past, so they once again set out to find a pup in need. Once they met Crosby, they knew he was the one. They love to go for walks in their dog-friendly neighborhood; the neighborhood also sponsors lots of dog-friendly events so Crosby will have plenty of activities and opportunities to make lots of new friends. Crosby also now has a fenced yard so he can go out and safely explore, smelling all of the good stuff out there and chase a lizard or two. But the best part is having a new Mom and Dad that adore him. Welcome home, Crosby!
