Chloe’s mother was surrendered to one of PPR’s veterinary partners’ offices; they did not realize at that time that she had a litter of puppies on the way! PPR, of course, helped the mommy dog deliver her puppies, cared for her while she was nursing and helped her find her forever home, too. Her new moms live in an apartment and can’t wait to shower tiny (approximately 3 lbs) Chloe with lots of love and attention. When they met with Chloe’s foster, they had everything all ready to welcome little Chloe into their home. And, of course, it was love at first sight with darling, snuggly Chloe!
