Sweet, spicy Chili came into PPR care by way of another local rescue that wasn’t prepared to handle Chili’s medical needs. Chili has a slight heart murmur that PPR vets determined didn’t require medication at this time, but the other rescue knew PPR would see that Chili was placed in an appropriate home. Adopters Debbie and Jason were looking to put some spice in their lives, and thought Chili had just the right amount of heat!
