Sweet Char was a sweet little 9 year old girl whose owner was going to have her put down due to a skin issue. PPR came to the rescue and got her skin allergies under control. Now Char is living the good life with Eileen and Robert and their poodle mix, Maggie, in the Villages, one of Florida’s most dog-friendly communities.
