Bowie is home with his foster family. He fit in well with the family and they requested to make it official and adopt him. Bowie is now having fun with his fur-sibling and enjoying life as a member of a family. Bowie went from no room in the shelter, to the loving care of the PPR team, to home safe and much loved. Welcome Home, Bowie!
