BonBon is a sweet but shy terrier mix that was surrendered by an owner who had three other dogs and was just simply not able to care for them appropriately any longer. He had never had veterinary care, so not surprisingly he was heartworm positive. PPR brought him into care, brought all of his vetting up to date and treated him for heartworm disease. Elisabeth was looking for a companion for herself and her family; when they met, her family fell in love with his sweet and affectionate nature. Now Bon Bon has a new home with a new family and even a doggie sister to pal around and play with. Welcome home, Bon Bon!
