Bella is a Schnauzer Poodle mix that was surrendered to PPR by a family with a member that suffered from allergies; thus, the young pup was often crated for long hours, and the family felt she deserved better. At intake, Bella was aged at about 2 years old, was 31 lbs and very friendly, sweet and adorable. She had a good stay with her foster family until finally adopters Lynne and Paul saw Bella’s picture and profile on the PPR site and instinctively knew she was special. They met and they immediately fell in love! Bella will be the only fur baby in the house, so she gets to soak up all of the attention. Bella will not be left alone as her parents work from home so no separation stress for this girl! Plus, the couple has many friends and family members with dogs so she will have a lot of dog friends coming over to play. Her name will gradually be changed to Leia, because her Mom loves Star Wars! Welcome home, Bella/Leia!
