Arthur came into PPR care by way of a local animal shelter. He is a sweet senior boy who signs of neglect: he had hair loss, was severely matted, was covered with fleas and had very bad eyes. PPR took him into care and attended all of his urgent medical needs. Adopter Lynette loves senior dogs, met Arthur and fell in love. Arthur now has a new home where all of his needs will be met and will receive lots and lots of love. Welcome home, Arthur!
