Where Are They Now? Taffy Pupdate

Taffy is a dog we rescued in 2018. She was paralyzed when she came to PPR and we worked with a couple of other non-profits to get her some “wheels” so she could easily get around.

Taffy hit the jackpot when she got adopted by a physical therapist. She was able to work on Taffy’s legs which improved a bit, but she’s is still paralyzed in the lower half of her body. Her front legs are really strong and she gets around very well.

We just heard from Taffy’s mom who said she is doing great these days! Taffy loves to go outside and bark at the ducks in the pond or at the squirrels. Her mom describes her as such a joy. We are so happy to hear about Taffy and are glad to have been a small part of her journey to her wonderful forever home!
