Among the many things Betty White is being remembered for since the news of her passing on Dec. 31 is her passion for animal welfare and conservation.
A social media movement called the #BettyWhiteChallenge has popped up to honor Betty for what would have been her 100th birthday on Jan. 17, in which her fans and followers are being encouraged to donate to an animal welfare organization in Betty’s name.
