Four years ago, we took in a handsome Cocker Spaniel named Cocoa, who was in bad shape. He had been spending most of his time living crammed in a crate in a very small household. Totally neglected, his skin was bad, he had lots of fur loss and terrible separation anxiety. Cocoa was adopted by a really nice woman named Terry. She renamed him Charlie and worked with him to help him get over his separation anxiety. Now he leads a life of leisure and is loved as he should be. Every year, Terry sends us a short note giving us an update on Charlie. We are always happy to hear about him and love seeing our PPR alums living their best life!
