Winter is a middle-aged girl with a bit of arthritis and dry eyes; she came into PPR care because her previous owner was no longer able to care for her. Winter’s conditions will be no problem for her new family. Her new Mom, Josephine, Josephine is a nurse who knows how to give Winter her eyedrops, and make sure she is nice and comfortable sleeping on her new orthopedic support bed that will feel ‘Oh, so good’ on her arthritic bones. Winter knew immediately that Josephine was going to be important in her life; when Winter saw Josephine for the first time she went right to her and said, “Hi, Mom!” Winter will also need some exercise to keep her joints limber, which will be no problem with her new fenced back yard to explore. Josephine’s household also includes her mother, Ivalyn, and sister, Amenah, who have promised to shower Winter with love and attention, and give Winter’s PPR experience the storybook ending she deserves.
