King’s previous owner was in a serious accident and was no longer able to care for him. He adjusted very well to life in his foster home and was quickly listed for adoption. Once his photo appeared on PPR’s “Adoptable Dog” page, he immediately caught adopters Gregory and Melisa’s attention. When they met, for Gregor y and Melissa it was love at first sight; and judging from King’s reaction, the feeling was mutual. Melissa is retired, and the couple also have two other small pups at home, so King will have plenty of company. He also has a fenced yard to keep him safe while he explores the great outdoors. King is quite the ‘velcro’ dog and has already made himself quite comfortable on any available lap.
