I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!
Walter is a senior Parsons Russell terrier who wound up at Animal Control. He was a stray and shows obvious signs of neglect. He has alopecia and multiple small masses covering his body. His mouth is in awful shape and he is in great need of dental work. He has to wait for skin to improve before putting him under anesthesia.
